• Where do I tell you my Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram or YouTube URL?

  During your checkout process, we have placed additional information boxes for you to place the relevant platform URL to help us with starting your social media campaign. In the event that you forgot to put down the required URL information during checkout, we'll contact you to retrieve that information as we cannot commence the project without the urls.

• How long after I’ve placed my order will you begin the campaign?

  To ensure that we are able to hit the promised delivery date, and assuming we have all the information required to begin, it will likely start immediately.
